Congratulations, your poster has been accepted in the ICERGA 2012. Please note the following:
1) You must fill the Poster Summary template, attached, with exact format and submit it by 15th February 2012 to Dr. Mohammed ABDEL-HAFEZ mhafez@uaeu.ac.ae . This import if you want your abstract to be included in the conference abstract book.
2) The poster are divided into two categories, Graduate and undergraduate, please choose your category in the poster summary.
3) The poster template and a short help on poster preparation are attached. Please use the A1 portrait size Poster. It is the author’s responsibility to print the poster. We will arrange the poster stands ONLY.
4) ONLY one author/presenter per poster will be considered for free registration that includes the conference package and Gala Dinner Ticket. Others may attend the conference but will not enjoy the benefits of free registration; they can attend opening, technical, tutorial, and poster sessions.
